We had a fantastic time at the spa resort from 24.03.17 to 02.04.17. the sauna was a highlight, with amazing performances by the sauna masters. the breakfast had a good selection of food, and the pools were lovely, with plenty of sun beds available. the property had nice views and was conveniently close to some great wineries. Our room was well equipped, comfortable, and had a balcony. it was a beautiful new hotel with swimming pools, thermal baths, and spa services. The kitchen had very good food, and there was a wide variety of high-quality wines from the region. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all. 😊.

The pools were great, with multiple pools to choose from and lovely warm thermal water. The location was nice, with beautiful views of the surrounding hills and landscape. , the buffet breakfast was decent with a variety of options to choose from.
The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and seemed annoyed at having to deal with guests. The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable and would frequently cut out.

The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par, with some areas not being cleaned properly. there were hidden costs that appeared on top of the base prices, which was frustrating.
